Most jobs are charged at the hourly rate of $75. Small jobs with light copy (one-page ads, web banners, posters, etc.) have a minimum charge of $25. In addition to providing excellent proofreading, all our proofreaders are very fast, so time is not added to your job cost unnecessarily.
Rush Charge: We give prompt attention to all jobs and return them as quickly as possible. We are able to accommodate most jobs without additional cost, but on occasion, a 25% rush charge will be incurred for jobs needing special consideration.
After we’ve returned your job, we’ll send you an invoice via email. Our payment terms are 30 days. Please let us know if you’d like to set up monthly payments or make any other arrangements to streamline your accounts-payable needs.
